The key to college life is time management.
Whether we are talking about keeping up our GPAs or keeping our bodies healthy, there shouldn't be any difference. College is a lot of stress that’s for sure; having to perform well on papers, exams, and presentations while maintaining some form of social life. Our bodies tend to take a back seat even if we were avid gym-goers before college. Putting aside time to take care of our bodies should be just as important as putting aside time to study. Let's be real…sometimes even a half hour at the gym is just physically impossible, especially around finals. So what is a stressed college student to do? The Dorm Workout gives the college student the information that they need to obtain their fitness goals even amid the chaotic environment of the college dorms.

Many of my friends tell me they would do things around the dorm if they just knew what to do. The Dorm Workout lays out what the average student can do using their own space and using what they have in the room already to keep themselves in shape amongst the cafeteria food, take out, and late night beverages.

In the first half of the book, each exercise is explained by technique and benefit. Then, in the second half of the book shows different types of workouts: a 10 minute “Quickie” workout, a 20 minute total body sculpt and a 30 minute fat burning cardio-tone workout. So no matter what the goal, anyone can find exactly what they are looking for.
